4Life Triathlon Club is committed to the principle of equality of opportunity and aims to ensure all present and
potential participants, members, coaches and volunteers are treated fairly and are able to fulfil their potential
within the sport. 4Life Triathlon Club respects the rights, dignity and worth of every person and will treat
everyone equally within the context of their sport, regardless of age, gender, race, ethnicity, religious belief,
sexuality or social/economic status.

4Life Triathlon Club is committed to everyone having the right to enjoy their sport in an environment free from
threat of discrimination, intimidation, harassment and abuse.

We have adopted and promote the principles of the British Triathlon Equality and Diversity Policy.

All Club members have a responsibility to challenge discriminatory behaviour and promote equality of
opportunity. 4Life Triathlon Club will deal with any incidence of discriminatory behaviour seriously, according
